The Fair Complex has several large parking lots to accommodate the visitors to our annual Washington County Fair and the events held here, but sometimes, the parking lots themselves work well as the actual venue for certain events.
Our parking lots are only rented out for events when it's compatible with the other activities happening inside our facility, because we do need to make sure we are providing plenty of parking for visitors to all of the activities happening on site, and the time of year and weather challenges are also considered, so it does depend on the schedule, but when it works, it can be a great option for things like RV sales, off-site car sales, and traveling circuses, just to name a few of the events that have been staged in our lots.
The Parking Lots are identified as:
- Cornell and 34th Lot
- Main Gravel Lot
- East of 34th Lot
- Cloverleaf Lot
For Fiscal Year 2019-2020, each is priced at $748.00 per day.
The User must furnish a certificate of liability insurance, with the minimum limits of liability being $1,000,000.00 per occurrence for each bodily injury and property damage, and $2,000,000.00 aggregate. The insurance documents will also include a page serving as the Additional Insured Policy endorsement stating the policy has been altered to include Washington County Fair Complex, Washington County, their elected officials, officers, agents, and employees as additional insured. The name on the insurance certificate must be the same person, persons, company, or organization that appears on the User Agreement.
